Terms and Conditions for Online Auctions

General info: It’s easy and convenient to be a bidder and buyer.

Please register with a good credit card so you’ll be able to bid. Items you purchase may be paid for with your credit card. If you don’t get anything purchased there is no charge and we thank you for bidding.

Your payment will be processed immediately when the auction ends. If you buy expensive items such as heavy equipment, farm machinery, vehicles, real estate and want to pay by other means please let us know before the auction ends.

A buyer’s premium is charged so you can have the convenience of 24/7 bidding even in your pajamas. Buyer’s premium is listed for each auction.

Example: 10% buyer’s premium works like this – If your winning bid is $100 the buyer’s premium is $10.00 so the total of your bill will be $110.00.

Payment in US dollars.

Picking up your merch:
The pick up time is listed with each auction. Contact us if you need other arrangements. A charge is made for the “special arrangements staff” to meet you there (minimum $15). Bring you own boxes, wrapping material and help. The “Special arrangements” little old lady has a bad back and can’t lift.

Condition of items:
All items are sold as is with all faults. Our “special arrangements” staff will do their very best to describe items carefully. They go to church, live by the golden rule and rarely cuss or swear out loud.

Inspection of items:
We’ll try to hold a preview so you can check out the items. It’s good if you can be there. If you need “special arrangements” see the charge for this above.

Shipping of smalls:
If it’s more convenient for you to have smalls shipped you won’t mind paying shipping, insurance and $5.00 for this service.
